Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At VoxaHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all subscription plans and pay-as-you-go services.
2. Payment Model
2.1 Pay-As-You-Go Service
VoxaHub operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You purchase calling credits in advance and use them as needed:
- One-time payments for credit top-ups (no recurring charges)
- Credits are deducted based on actual usage (calls made)
- No subscription fees or monthly commitments
- Credits remain valid as long as your account is active
2.2 Pricing Structure
- Flexible recharge amounts starting from ₹500
- Per-minute or per-call pricing based on your usage
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
- Volume discounts may apply for larger purchases
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Closure
You can close your VoxaHub account at any time:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account → Close Account
- Email us at hello@voxahub.com to request closure
- No cancellation fees or penalties
3.2 What Happens After Account Closure
- Unused credits are forfeited (no refunds issued)
- Call history and data are retained for 30 days
- You can export your data before closing the account
- Account reactivation may be possible within 30 days
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
4. Refund Policy
4.1 No Refunds
VoxaHub operates under a strict no-refund policy. All credit purchases and payments are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for credit top-ups of any amount
- All prepaid balance purchases are non-refundable
- Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund
- Unused credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances
By purchasing credits or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We recommend starting with a smaller credit purchase to test our service before committing to larger amounts.
4.2 Service Credits (Discretionary)
In exceptional cases, such as extended service outages or billing errors caused by VoxaHub, we may issue service credits at our sole discretion. These credits:
- Are applied to your VoxaHub account balance only (not cash refunds)
- Cannot be transferred or withdrawn
- Must be used within the validity period specified
- Are granted on a case-by-case basis with no guaranteed eligibility
5. Credit Management
5.1 Credit Validity
- Credits remain valid as long as your account is active
- No expiration date on purchased credits (unless stated at purchase)
- Minimum recharge amount may apply
- Credits are deducted based on actual call usage
5.2 Non-Refundable Credits
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
- Unused credits cannot be converted to cash
- Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
- Upon account closure, all unused credits are forfeited
6. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, credits will not be added to your account
- You can retry the payment at any time
- No penalties or fees for failed payment attempts
- Contact support if charges were deducted but credits not received
7. Payment Processing
7.1 Timeline
- Credit purchases are processed instantly upon successful payment
- Credits appear in your account within minutes
- In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours
7.2 Razorpay Processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay. For payment-specific technical issues, you may contact Razorpay support. However, refund requests will not be processed as per our no-refund policy.
8. Account Termination by VoxaHub
If we terminate your account due to violation of Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- All unused credits will be forfeited immediately
- You will be notified of the reason for termination
- Access to the service will be revoked immediately
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Permanent ban from using VoxaHub services
- Forfeiture of all account credits and data
If you have concerns about charges, please contact billing@voxahub.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
10. Exceptions
This no-refund policy applies to all transactions. The only exceptions are:
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors (verified refund only)
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
- Legal requirements mandated by Indian law or court order
- Custom enterprise agreements with separate written terms
