• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoxaHub only for lawful purposes and NOT to:

• Make unsolicited telemarketing calls without proper consent
• Harass, threaten, or abuse call recipients
• Violate Do Not Call (DNC) registries or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Transmit malicious content or viruses
• Make calls for illegal activities or scams
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.2 Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining consent before calling contacts
• Complying with TCPA, TRAI regulations, and similar laws
• Maintaining Do Not Call lists
• Providing accurate caller identification
• Recording calls only where legally permitted with proper disclosure

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Pricing

• Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance
• Pay-as-you-go plans are charged based on usage
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST, etc.). Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service disruptions beyond our control
• Third-party service failures (Twilio, Azure, etc.) may affect functionality

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

• VoxaHub owns all rights to the platform, code, and AI models
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our service

7.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of your call scripts, contact lists, and data
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• VoxaHub is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for call content or recipient responses
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of VoxaHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy)

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law

10.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• You remain liable for outstanding payments

11. Modifications to Terms
